Shipment and Returns


After receiving your order used2b will send you an automatic e-mail confirmation and order number. On business days, as soon as we have received your payment, we’ll begin processing your order on the same day (if received before 19.00 PM) and ship it to you.


Most of our orders in the Netherlands are delivered by PostNL. Within The Netherlands Post NL states to deliver envelopes and packages within 2 - 3 working days. In other countries your parcel will be delivered by DPD or a partner of PostNL. The deliverer can offer your parcel at a delivery address of your choice. If nobody is present, your order will be delivered to your neighbours. You will receive a note stating at which address the package is delivered. When dropping off at the neighbours fails, the deliverer tries a second time the next day. Should the delivery of your order fail, it will be returned to sender and we will contact you. 


As soon as the order is placed and paid for, usually it cannot be cancelled. The reason for this is that the orders will be processed immediately, to achieve the shortest possible delivery period. Of course articles can be exchanged or returned, with the exception of customized articles.

Return and exchange policy

We strive to deliver the best possible products. If, however, you are unsatisfied with your order or certain products within an order do not meet your expectations, then you can return it within 14 days of the purchase date of your order. To qualify for a full refund all merchandise returned must be unworn, in original condition, tags intact and in original packaging with purchase receipt. For all Returns and Exchanges please note the following guidelines:

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return productUsed2b is not responsible for any missing packages or COD.
  • Please do not forget to pay fully for the return postage as incorrect postage payments will not be accepted.
  • When shipping your return, please ensure you use a trackable carrier & request an insurance policy equal to the value of your return
  • The cost of shipping product back will done at the customer’s expense.
  • All return and exchange requests must be received within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required to validate a return or exchange
  • Once your return is received, we neeed about 3-5 business days for processing and a few dayslater you will receive your refund.

Once you have informed us about your return on “my account” and we have received the returned merchandise, we will inspect if the returned merchandise has been received in good condition, and we we will reimburse you for it within 5 working days.


In case you have any complaints about our products or services, please let us know. We request you to notify us as soon as possible by email ([email protected]) and  please also provide us your email address and/ or telephone number, so we can contact you. We will do our utmost to solve the problem as soon as possible, in mutual understanding.
